Atlas Magnetics, Co. is an international semiconductor company with headquarters in the United States. The growing team of silicon, hardware, software, and materials engineers is creating products with integrated magnetics that are far more cost and size-effective than any existing solutions.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- ATE programs development for Chroma SoC Test System:
- Production programs to test millions of chips at the production site (final tests before shipping parts to the customers)
- Characterization programs to measure and validate all the possible behaviors of chips with incredibly high accuracies
- Qualification programs to determine parts’ behavior in the long run
- Reduce the cost and improve the quality of existing test solutions through test method improvements
- Define and implement HW for Load/DUT boards
- Debug, optimize, and modify analog and digital electronics circuits for test equipment
- Work with IC design and product definition teams in order to debug and implement DTF (design for test) methodology
- Work with international suppliers and OSAT companies
- Debugging and troubleshooting ATE and related HW/SW issues
Required Skills and Experience
Must possess/demonstrate the following:
- Strong knowledge of C/C++
- Analog and digital electronic engineering fundamentals
- Familiarity with electronics measurement equipment: oscilloscopes, multimeters, signal generators, power supplies
- Be ready to improve your knowledge of electronics as well as embedded programming skills
Recommended/Desired Skills:
- Experience with scripting to automate engineering tasks and data analysis (Python)
- ATE test program development experience
- Statistical data analysis
